Web inventory vs. in-store inventory

We work hard on the inventory you find on the website. On the other hand, note that there may be a difference between this one and the one you can find in stores. So, if you go to the store and want to order on the web, we recommend that you check with your advisor that the item is indeed on sale on the site. In addition, it may happen that the website has web exclusives or items that are not found in one of our four stores.

Payment methods accepted

Visa, MasterCard are accepted as payment methods. The purchase amount will be deducted in full at the time of transaction. If we are unable to fulfill your order, you will be refunded directly to your card.

Out of stock

We strive to always keep accurate and sufficient inventory for each product. Despite this, an item may become out of stock during the order processing time. If applicable, a customer service representative will contact you by email to follow up on your order.

Price adjustments for an online order on the Sportive Plus website

We offer an exceptional price adjustment if an item is reduced within fourteen (14) days of the date of your purchase (and not the date of pickup in store). To obtain a price adjustment, please send an email to info"@"sportiveplus.com within fourteen (14) days. Don't forget to mention your order number in the email and the item concerned. If you meet the deadline, we will credit you the difference using the original payment method.

A price adjustment for an online purchase cannot be made in store.

Price adjustments for an online order seen at a competitor

• The price of the item must be verifiable (flyer, website, etc.). We require full proof including store name, date of promotion and/or purchase, price and item model number, size and color.
• The item must be sold at Sportive Plus and at the competitor at the same time.
• The item must be identical in every respect to that sold at Sportive Plus (model, color, size, and season.).
• Our price adjustment policy cannot be combined with any other promotion, offer or discount coupon

*Price adjustment is not valid during clearance events such as: "Black Friday", "Boxing Day Sale", or any other end of season clearance

The prices displayed are in Canadian currency (CAD) or in American currency (USD) depending on your selection.
