Delivery
- FREE delivery on orders of $150 or more, total before taxes.
- Gift cards are always delivered free of charge.
- Delivery of orders under $150 to Canada by expedited parcel: only $12.95.
- For any claim for an undelivered item, you have 45 days from the date of the order.
- Delivery times below are given for information purposes only.
- If your package could not be delivered due to a wrong address entered when ordering and you still want it, you will have to wait for the package to be returned to the head office and you will have to (re)pay the shipping costs. Otherwise, we will refund the order less shipping costs.

Multiple delivery
It is possible that an order which includes more than one item may be delivered in several shipments. In this case, no additional costs will be borne by the customer. Please note, if you wish to make a return, it is best for you to do so at one time. You must therefore wait until you have received your entire order before shipping items that are not to your complete satisfaction.
Pick-up in stores (free of charge)
- You can choose the 'Pickup in store' option if and only if the item is available in the branch of your choice. Our staff will contact you when your items are ready for pickup. You will have up to 15 days to pick up your package in store. After this period, the order will be returned to inventory and you will be automatically refunded.
Delivery to the United States
- Shipping on US orders is $24.95 .
Orders that ship to the United States are not subject to Canadian taxes. However, because all orders pass through customs, they are subject to import duties, U.S. taxes, and customs administration fees. A customs invoice will accompany your package or follow by mail. Recipients are required to pay these additional fees, duties and taxes. Please note that we are unable to provide estimates for customs duties.
